#393 CANNOT access external SD card on Android 7

There is no way to use file browser to access the external SD card on Androd 7 device. Selecting that option from the main menu only brings up a list of the internal storage directories. This efffectively makes the app unusable.

(I am using a new Samasung Galaxy Tab A device with Android 7.0 installed.)

I have been using Cool Reader for years. However the new inability to access the files on my external SD card effectively renders the program useless to me as well.

I have the Samsung J3 Emerge running Android 6.0.1
