#366 update source code for Android version

The current version of Cool Reader for Android is 3.1.2-101 but the posted source code appears to be for 3.1.2-87, which crashes on some devices even though you've since fixed this bug. Since I usually get this from F-Droid the current (and previous) builds are crashing. It would be great if you could update the published source code to the most recent version.
