#341 Unable to install cool reader in windows 8
I have downloaded the latest version of cool reader (cr3-newui-opengl-win32-qt-static-angle-3.3.23). When I try to install cool reader by double clicking on the cr3.exe file, I get a 'cr3.exe has stopped working' error and could not install. Please help!
