#339 mobi file markup code not parsing?

I really like this new GUI. I'm having an issue though with mobi files. The markup is not parsing and instead displaying inline with the text. Is this an unresolved bug or is there something I can do to fix it?

I've tried older versions of the openGL GUI with no success. I'm currently using cr3-3.1.2-49, which seems to parse the ebook just fine.
