#308 cr3 3.3.23 crashes on windows 7

I have just downloaded the windows executable and it crashes upon any input action.
When I start application only white window is shown. It can be resized moved etc, but if any input happen - mouse click, keyboard input - application crashes.
I have tried running it in administrator mode.

Last line in log file indicates that it may be problem with OpenGL initialization:

TRACE CRGLSupportImpl::init() -- calling initializeOpenGLFunctions()
