#295 "Toggle title bar" not working

Hello,
The "Toggle Title Bar" options is totally ignored either on the Nook Simple Touch (the display "flicker" for a second then nothing changes) and on a normal screen android (4.0.4) phone. In this latter case nothing seems to happen at all.
