#201 Don't start after reactivate

[malphunction]

Step by step:
1. I'm load book, read it to second half.
2. Then I switch to other application or turn off phone
3. Then I switch back (or turn on phone)
4. NOW, Cool Reader fail, it's unload, BUT phone "Home screen" don't appear immediately. "Wait" indicator is shown. Home screen appear after 30-50 secs.
5. Ok, I'm start Cool Reader again. It try to load book and it's fail again! "Wait" indicator is shown. Home screen appear after 30-50 secs.
6. Well, I'm start Cool Reader yet again! Now it's loading and I can read book -- up to next switch/phone off.

So, It's need to two or three loads of Cool Reader, for about 2-4 min :((
