#198 Bookmarks in .mobi files have wrong positions

Perhaps .mobi files store the book in separate chapters or something like that; that might explain the following.
I set a few bookmarks in a .mobi file near the beginning of a new chapter that I just started reading. The positions of these bookmarks were given as very low values, such as "1.5%", even for later chapters. When I later returned to the bookmarks, I arrived at 1.5% from the start of the book.
