#127 App hangs if no network

Recent versions of Cool Reader hang if the device has no network enabled. I'm running 3.0.53-3.

When I start CR, it sometimes prompts me to enable WiFi. I select the option not to enable WiFi, and CR hangs. It has to be killed from the Task Manager and restarted. After the restart, it will work fine for a while.

I'm seeing this on my new HTC Rezound, as well as my old LG Ally and Galaxy Tab.
