Non-breaking space aren't respected.
In french they are a common use before ? ! : ; » ((in French, each "double punctuation", as the guillemet, requires a non-breaking space; in Russian it does not).

Ex :
foo foo foofoo foo fooo
?
Foo foo foofoo foo « foo
»…

The correct behaviour :

foo foo foofoo foo fooo ?
Foo foo foofoo foo « foo »
