[cream] Menu item in wrong category

Hi, Steve...

I'd say the cream.desktop file should rather contain:

    Categories=Application;Utility;TextEditor;

Currently you use:

    Categories=Application;Development;

But IMHO cream isn't quite a development tool but rather a text editor
from a users point of view. What do you think? I'm tempted to "fix" that
in the Debian package. ;)
