Currently, it can only highlight words that don't match the
dictionary. Not great, but better than nothing.

However, Vim 7 (currently nearing beta) will have a built-in spell
check which will be much faster and offer suggestions. I assure you,
Cream will adopt this as soon as possible when released, I need it
more than anyone. :)
