Some things to think about (this is not really an exhaustive list, I'll get back to scrutinising vampires in 0.4): * Does dispel undead work on PC vampires? Monsters will be able to cast dispel undead in the not too distant future. * How does mutagenic radiation affect vampires? * How does draining affect vampires? * What changes do we need to NPC vampires for consistency?
