An alchemist god would be a third way to give these abilities. From the top of my head, I don't think there's a precedent of giving out an ability based on skill level. I feel that would be a big change to introduce into gameplay. It would place very specific milestones/thresholds to skill leveling. This is not necessarily bad, it could be a good way to give out certain abilities (special moves that have been discussed and so on), but it would be significant. That's my two cents. --Eino |
