Ranks in Stabbing, surely?

If it took a lot of Stabbing to get a reliable stab against paralyzed
mosnters, this would have the added advantage of giving people a reason to
leave Stabbing on after 15 or so, when the additional damage becomes largely
redundant and most people turn it off.
