#10 View Charts are difficult to read

The resolution of the charts that show the professor's
or room's schedule are too small to be read on the
screen. They were created this size because one pixel
corresponds to one minute. It was easier to draw the
chart on a printed page, and on a screen using hte
same code.

There needs to be a button that toggles between Zoom
In and Zoom out. Two resolutions is enough. The
current one can be used for the zoomed out resolution.
The code that draws the zoomed in version might be a
bit tricky.
