Dear Martin,

while cqrlog is really a great program, it breaks LINUX installation rules when installs itself in the user's home directory. Result is that you can not use it logged in as another user.

Please follow the generic LINUX rules:

1) Install program executables and data in the /usr/bin and /usr/share/cqrlog, doc in /usr/share/doc

2) Store all user dependent files, like log, station configuration, etc. in the user's home directory and create them automatically when do not exit.
