No

The turbo boost does not show the correct frequency, the processor is intel 2.53 and can reach up to 3.07 according to the specifications of the board, using the i7z, it shows that it is working with frequencies higher than 2.53, only the cpufreq application does not show the speed higher than 2.53, if it is in the conservative option it demonstrates the speed from 1.20 to 2.53 normally, changing the speed of the processor, up to the nominal speed of the same, without the turbo boost. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what "cpufreq application" is but it sounds like it's the kernel not reporting the correct available frequencies.

I'd recommend reporting a bug to the kernel maintainers of your Linux distribution. I'm going to close this report.
