#12 Link problems with version 1.9.8

This issue continues on from the issue I submitted
previously about the Test Hierachy dialog problems.
The problem concerns building on windows with visual
studio. I fetched the v1.9.8 snapshot as suggested.
However now I see link errors. Still works ok in the
simple test app case. Fails when I link to the real app I
want to test.

Unresolved externals include:

CppUnit::Asserter::failIf
CppUnit::TestFactoryRegistry::getRegistry
CppUnit::TestCase::run
CppUnit::TestCase::toString
CppUnit::TestCase::countTestCases
CppUnit::TestCase::TestCase
CppUnit::Asserter::failNotEqual

Which build did you use ? (static/dll/release/debug).
Are you using VS.NET or VC++ 6 SP5 ?

Did you try clean/rebuild all ?
(cppunit test suite compiles fine for me and makes use of the
features above, so there is something strange).

Did cppunittest project in the example directory compiles ?
