[Cppcms-users] bug in build on mac os x

Hi,

I remember complaining about build problems when 1.0.4 was released with
gcc 4.9. Today again I tried to compile and have strange output. make -j8
fails with compilation errors but simple make compiles CppCMS. I have not
further investigated it.
