[Cppcms-users] Building cppcms - prerequisites

Hello,

I tried to build the trunk following the instructions.
cmake .. issued error:
FATAL No library with socket found
FATAL No library with gethostbyname found

Installing SocketW resolved the problem. But since I have not found any
reference to that library in the wiki, I am asking you to help me
understand what is the right way to build the trunk.
