The Linux version of Cppcheck contains a useful Python script: cppcheck-htmlreport.

Why is cppcheck-htmlreport not part of the Windows version (cppcheck-2.4.1-x64-Setup.msi)?

That is not by design.. we should try to fix it asap.

If you want.. feel free to tweak the script and create a github pull request.
