I don't use a Redhat-based system myself but I would guess yum install cppcheck might work. Otherwise you should be able to find a cppcheck rpm somewhere but I can't point you to a proper location.

If you want to compile Cppcheck let us know it is pretty straight forward.

bcos yum list cppcheck no result. So I guess " yum install cppcheck" may not work.

Is cppcheck-2.12.1-2.1.x86_64.html A tool for static C/C++ code analysis OpenSuSE Tumbleweed for x86_64 cppcheck-2.12.1-2.1.x86_64.rpm ok for my platform?

I don't know.. it sounds good to me.

We don't maintain nor distribute any packages for any linux distributions, the packages are built by the distributions package maintainers.. so I can't answer what is the proper package for each user.
