I failed to get an account on trac (I never was online at the right time) I'll try here:
Operating system: Windows
Expected behavior: I can select the add-ons in the graphical interface
Actual behavior: Above the add-ons it says that I need to install Python, next to them it says „not available“. On the commandline the add-ons are available and work fine.
Screenshots are attatched.

Thanks! I created https://trac.cppcheck.net/ticket/9797#ticket
Could you try to open the preferences and go to the "Addons" tab. There you can configure the path for python.
If you configure the path will the analysis work?
I'm seeing the same issue. I set the Python path, but I still cannot select the add-ons.
I'm on Windows 10, and I have 64-bit Python 3.8.2 installed.
thanks for the update.
