How can i add rules other than built-in rules to cppcheclipse ?

I don't think that is possible right now. I believe the cppcheclipse project needs some more attention and when I see the opportunity to give cppcheclipse attention I will push for that.

To execute with additional Cppcheck rules you can execute cppcheck as an external tool in Eclipse.
