Is there a way to get inline-suppress to suppress an information output?

I have unsuccessfully tried to suppress an information output, however it does not seem to work. So - just cheking - are Info outputs suppressable?

There is no exception or special handling for the information severity as far as I know. What information message do you want to suppress?
