I have tried once more to adjust the file “posix.cfg” by the dialogue “Library Editor” from the software version “1.87”.

    • I noticed then that a few XML comments were deleted. (I guess that this information should be preserved so far.)
    • A specific input control is not provided for function return types.
    • The setting of the function parameter attributes “No …” seems to be confusing.

Should any more open issues be reconsidered here?

These are good points imho, they should be fixed. feel free to report further GUI usability problems.

I assume that there is a risk to overwhelm you with further user stories. We came along communication difficulties for previous software evolution issues.

Your positive feedback made me curious on how you would like to handle items like the following.

      • Do you expect that a list entry should be marked at the end after another function name was added in the editor dialogue?
      • Would you like to support the deletion of entries from the function list?
      • How do you think about to adjust properties for special functions like gettimeofday() any more?

      Thanks.

      • Would you like to add me also to the field “Cc” for this clarification request?
      • Will it be helpful to split the mentioned items into separate issues?

I am not sure if you will receive notifications but I added you in the CC.

I think this would normally be splitted tickets. but this time I made a exception. I hope that the day we look at this we can fix all this quickly. I am not against that it is splitted up later.
