This is due to some includes being relative to the mysql-8.0.23/extra/icu/source/common directory. Is there a way to add it to the include path for this package?

It would also be nice to have a time stamp for each package on pages like http://cppcheck1.osuosl.org:8000/head-cppcheckError to see when problems were fixed/introduced recently.
