Technically I agree, but it is not a technical issue.

The windows installer is built by a volounteer.. and I am pretty grateful that he takes care of this task at all. As far as I remember he thought that it was clumpsy to build both versions and we agreed that he could just build the 64-bit installer.

If anybody would volounteer to build the 32-bit windows installer, let me know. Or if anybody wants to take over responsibility for our windows installers entirely, I believe we would all be grateful.
