In my opinion it's time to start thinking about Cppcheck-2.13. There has been important improvements and fixes. I don't have a release date right now. But I would suggest we stop implementing major features and focus on stability, bug fixes, refactorings...

I plan to release cppcheck-2.13 in 2-3 days.. unless anybody can see a critical problem that must be solved first.
the page https://cppcheck.sourceforge.io/ still says Cppcheck 2.12, though the installer pointed to https://github.com/danmar/cppcheck/releases/download/2.13.0/cppcheck-2.13.0-x64-Setup.msi
Also, the current nightly build is
cppcheck-2.12.99.1476-x64-Setup.msi, whereas the application is still called2.13 dev.
