I strongly recommend that you create a project file if you haven't done that. Go to the "File" menu and click on "New project..". In the "Project File Dialog" that is opened there are tabs. In the 2nd tab "Types and functions" you should ensure that "Windows 64-bit" platform is selected. And that in the "Libraries" listbox the "vcl" is checked.
