Login to Trac via Google OpenID doesn't work anymore. Error is 400 please check http://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OpenID. Seems that migration to new OpenID 2.0 endpoints are needed.

Lots of people are complaining about this. It's very frustrating that it doesn't work.

    Please check

Thanks for looking at this. However we don't use ASP.NET. We use the trac openid-plugin (http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/OpenidPlugin). We use latest version 0.4.7. I think it's possible to make gmail work by fixing something in the settings but I don't know how. I've just used the default settings.

If you are interested.. I can create an account for you on our VPS and create a copy of our trac.. so you can experiment with the settings and see if you can make it work.

The http://trac.cppcheck.net webpage says that google openid doesn't work. In the "Register account" instructions. However this info is missed by many people so it's not clear enough currently.

Since OpenId doesn't work for you I can create a non-openid trac-account manually for you.. I just need a hash from you (see "Register account").

The link to the ASP.NET was only about an explanation on the problem. The full information can be found on the google pages.

    Hi,

The OpenID login fails with both Google and Yahoo for me. The same error is given in both cases:

"OpenID auth request contains an unregistered domain: http://trac.cppcheck.net/".

    weird.

I can create a non-openid account for you then. I need your htpasswd hash string. See http://trac.cppcheck.net for information about how to create it. feel free to ask if you have questions.
