#2 Create Class should have a text box for a copyright statemen

It would be nice if cpo Util had a text box that allows
the user to add the copyright message that they would
like stored in the the class that is created. CPO Util
should remember the message and present it to the user
the next time they create a class.

I see no reason for this. Every IDE now has the ability to add copyrights. There's also a maven plugin for this, if you're using maven.
