Hmmm I don't know about the card games as I have seen my workers here playing the versions on Yahoo. The games is more for the developers but would we not need a base of players for bug detection etc? As the time zones, we could make the game so that it is 24 hours play time. I do remember a game that was back in the BBS days (no I am not that old! ;P) Basically it centered on the concept of guilds. You had guild leaders, guild halls, merchants, etc. You did things like defended your guild hall against the others as you could get your funds raided, graffitied on the guild message board. There was also an underworld that you could do for adventuring. It was not really interactive but if your turns ended and you were at a spot, you could get attacked by other players. Basically, your player becomes an NPC to them. So you go to bed wake up the next day and found that SO and SO killed you and took your stuff. There should not be any legality stuff because this was about 20 years ago and I know the guy basically gave up with computers....
