[Cpia2-development] Version 2.0 released

Hi all,

I released version 2.0 of the driver and mview tonight.

I was going to add a release of qx5view, but I couldn't create a new 
package. Steve, you may need to do that.

I've also created the following tags in CVS to correspond to the releases.
driver: cpia2-2_0
mview: mview-2_0
qx5view: qx5view-2_0
