#1 Windows Port

I was not able to find a windows version of "covtool" at
sourceforge.net. Is it available for Windows platform ? If
no are you planning to port it to Windows ? If yes, could
you please make the "covtool" source files and the
corresponding Windows rules file/makefile available at
sourceforge.net for other users.
