[courier-users] Forcing Courier to send mail to a relay

Anyone know if you can force courier to send all non-local mail to a 
specific relay mail server?  In other words I want all local mail to be 
delivered by maildrop and all mail for the rest of the world to go to 
another mail server I have that will then relay it to where ever it 
needs to go.
