#72 Add reconnect option

I'm bopping back and forth between two wireless
networks that are IPSec'ed together, so I don't
shutdown my VNC connection when I transport the
Powerbook from network 1 to network 2. Sometimes
Chicken reconnects by itself, and othertimes it just
sits there. So I have to close the window, then open a
connection. It would be nice for a "reconnect"
button/menu option. That way, when I know I need to
reconnect, I can save having to open the dialog box.

I'll probably do this myself, but I wanted to get the
RFE documented.

Since VNC is a network protocol, chicken should be smart about the network
and sleep/wake state of the machine changing. Should probably send a ping
and warn for windows that don't reply.
