This enhancement will allow users to monitor remote
machines without consuming the entire screen, or only
viewing a small part of the remote output. When a
coarse UI event occurs on the remote system, the user
can expand the window to read the details.

Provide an option to 'scale' the output to fit to
whatever window size the user sets. This is in addition
to 'full size' mode where a windows that is smaller
than the remote screen size can be scrolled to view
desired parts of the output.

'full size mode' could well have scroll bars, but
'scale mode' would never have scroll bars.

In either case, the green 'zoom' button could be used
to expand the window to the maximimum size, without
changing the display mode.

When a user selects a new window size by dragging the
'resize handle' at the bottom right corner, calculate
the most appropriate *proportional* window size and set
the resized window to that size.

This is a super-important feature. I keep (old, unsupported) vncthing
around just because of this feature. Please up the priority on it.

This feature is found in the VNCThing application - very very useful!!

    Download it from ...http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/11993

IMO COTV is a better VNC program, but please add this feature!

    Here here!

It is the main thing I miss after moving from Apple Remote Desktop to
    Chicken of the VNC.

    Please add this feature!

    Thanks,

    Jame.s

One more vote for this feature.

Please add this feature. I wouldn't need to use any other VNC app.

    Thanks,
    Mike
