#61 Alternative Mouse Button Model (feature)

It would be nice to have an alternative model of multi-button
mouse emulation in addition to the present model.

The alternative should allow binding of mouse-<key> to send
the mouse char.

I would allow the user to select which mouse emulation model
they want for each profile.
