#51 Cmdline fullscreen scroller prefs not honored

I'm using the version in CVS which has command line
support. Very handy, but I noticed that the scroller
prefs (I have the scrollers disabled) are not honored
-- they still show up. Note that if full screen mode is
exited and then re-invoked, they are gone.

This happens when not using the cmdline and checking "Fullscreen" on the
Open Connection window as well.
