#5 Add DESTDIR variable to let packager choose installation dir

Hello,

I am a debian packager, which package cothreads. In order to do the work in debian, we need to install cothread in a temporary dir to build the package. We use DESTDIR variale to define the "false" root of our build env.

Could you apply the provided patch to add DESTDIR support ?
