#1 Dragging glitch

[Odysseus Levy]

To reproduce:

(1) Click on a ship and drag up and over the planet it
is docked at.
(2) Now drag away from the planet.

Try this several times varying the speed.

Problem:

The end point ot the dragging line does not always get
shown correctly -- it appears to be cut off.

Expected:

The line should always run from the center of the ship
without getting cut off.
