Project Context
- Repository / Platform: Cortex-platform (MikeComplex AI ecosystem)
- Main Goal: Building an innovative section building platform for sovereign industrial AI systems
- Related Components: Millions SDK, industrial mechanical logic, autonomous operators, hardware bridging (Target i7), and real-time system performance monitoring
Current Situation / Ground Activity
I am currently working on ground-level activity builds and establishing presence in the stand (deployment/standby mode) within the platform. This includes:
- Real-time build status synchronization
- Activity logging for on-site / industrial field operations
- Section-based modular construction of AI workflows
What Needs to Be Implemented / Improved
- Ground Activity Module — Automated tracking and reporting of base-level operations that match current build states.
- Presence & Stand Integration — Status indicators for "present in stand" / deployment readiness, with live updates.
- Innovative Section Builder — Enhanced tools for constructing platform sections (modular components) with drag-and-drop or logic-mapping capabilities.
- GitHub Pages Deployment — Fix/publish the Cortex-platform site (currently 404 on https://mikecomplexai-7.github.io/Cortex-platform and related paths).
Expected Outcome
- Seamless matching between ground activity data, current builds, and platform presence.
- Better support for industrial field use cases and rapid iteration on the section building interface.
- Fully functional public documentation/demo site via GitHub Pages.
- Related repos: Mikecomplexai-7, CINIS Nexus core repositories
- Technologies: Python, MLOps, sovereign AI frameworks, hardware logic bridging
- Priority: High (core to platform visibility and operational use)
Any guidance, template suggestions, or collaboration on the section builder would be highly appreciated.

🚀 Implementation Roadmap
To tackle this high-priority initiative, we will break the execution down into three core phases:
Document the core operational architecture of the platform.
Phase 2: Sovereign AI Framework Documentation & Interface
Outline non-custodial computing and data sovereignty protocols.
Phase 3: Hardware Logic Bridging
Next Step: Creating targeted sub-issues to track these individual components.
