As the title says!

Includes:
Cleanup of Debian and Redhat packages
Examples and class reference packages 
Additional design diagrams
A patch submitted by a thoughtful, and anonymous, user with updates for
ANSI compliance.

There was some difficulty in the new SourceForge file release
implementation, but we have them worked out now.

Because of the volumes of optional files, Christophe has just reworked
the web site.

We are starting on framework implementations, begining with Library
Load. The analysis and design is available for viewing/commenting from
the web pages.
