[Corelinux-public] Patch Manager Usage

I suspect anyone who has a Source Forge user id saw the not about the
Patch Manager thing. I guess CoreLinux++ will use this as described. 

If you don't want to get as deeply involved as becoming a team member,
but you have a fix, example, or addition for consideration then the PM
will be the place to do it!
