#707 Ctlcenter does not warn you if you update a job w/o saving

If you are editing a job and you change options (either for the job or for workflow steps) but do not click save in the options box, ctlcenter will not warn you if you click the "Update" button-- all your changes to your options will be lost.

We should just save the changes or warn the user that the changes will be lost and offer to save them.
