You're right, I've just recalled that I had to solder a wire on MB950. Please look at the board, there are two soldering pads marked "CAV2", they are between STM32F and SWD port. One of the pad is going to STM32F pin, the other one is going to GND. It was hard to solder both wires to that small pads, so I've just soldered the one going to pin, and used ground on the USB connector body. Comparing the schematics of MB951 and MB950 you can see that CAV2 is actually a "button". You have to short it (or connect to other source of ground onboard) and plug in.
