Some time ago, I read that the Jackdaw is not powerful enough to serve as RPL border router. Both RAM size and processing power for incoming packets were issues, as far as I remember correctly. What do you mean by "full-sized MCU and abbreviated stack"? Have not stumbled upon that so far... Thanks for the info, though! I will test it.
