#1347 better handle for unicode and better translation support

there is small bug: when I translated some files from "english (uk)" folder (into polish language) some polish symbols (e.g "ą ł ż ź ć ś ó ń") are displayed incorectly (e.g "& $ -$#-@" etc.)
It would also be great to have ability translate all texts in Construct Classic.
